5 Service Subscription Requirements

Registration with Etisalna requires the client's full legal name, current address, mobile number, and email address.
The following official documents must be provided to activate your subscription (A copy of the commercial registration - A copy of the business owner's national ID - A copy of the company's founding contract).
Etisalna reserves the right to reject a new subscription request or terminate an existing account at its discretion.
Etisalna also reserves the right to use email and mobile numbers as the primary communication channels with clients and users.
Each client is fully responsible for their subscription account and password associated with their system or Etisalna account.
Etisalna is not responsible for any issues that occur due to a client forgetting their account or system password.

6 Obligations and Responsibilities

Clients using Etisalna's services are fully responsible before Saudi authorities for all incoming and outgoing calls made through their unified number provided by Etisalna.
Each client agrees not to misuse communication through the unified number in ways that violate Saudi laws or regulations.
If a client violates any of the Terms of Use, Etisalna reserves the right to immediately terminate their subscription.
The client acknowledges that Etisalna is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by the telecom provider.

7 General Provisions

Before becoming an Etisalna client or user, you must read and agree to all the terms, conditions, and privacy policies related to Etisalna's products and services.
Etisalna applies its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.
Etisalna provides full technical support to its clients via phone, WhatsApp, the company website, or email.
Clients acknowledge that Etisalna has the right to modify its usage policies, privacy terms, and conditions, provided that such updates are published on the company's website.
Clients who continue using Etisalna's services after any modification are considered to have accepted the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Clients are prohibited from using Etisalna's services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or in any way that violates Saudi laws and regulations.
Clients acknowledge that all calls are recorded and agree that Etisalna has the right to record them.

8 Limitation of Liability

Etisalna is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the service or inability to use it — such as loss of profits, reputation, or data.
Etisalna is not responsible for any harm or issues suffered by third parties due to a client's misuse of our services or violation of Saudi laws or Etisalna's Terms of Use.
Etisalna ensures the security of its services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation by the telecom provider.

9 Waiver and Entire Agreement

Failure by Etisalna to enforce any term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Clients' use of Etisalna's services remains fully governed by these Terms of Use and the agreement between the company and its clients.

10 Payment of Fees and Subscriptions

Clients must pay service subscription fees or product prices agreed upon in their contracts through one of Etisalna's available payment methods.

11 Pricing and Subscription Fees

Fees paid by clients are due to Etisalna for the specified amount and within the agreed payment deadline.
Payments must be made in Saudi Riyals unless another arrangement is made between Etisalna and the client.

12 Taxes

Service and product prices published by Etisalna on its website, email newsletters, or social media channels do not include the 15% VAT.
All Etisalna services and products are subject to the current 15% VAT in Saudi Arabia, which may be revised by the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.

13 Price Changes

Etisalna's service and product prices are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any new prices at least 30 days before they take effect.
Etisalna reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time, provided clients are informed at least 30 days before their renewal date.
New prices are announced on Etisalna's website, social media pages, and via email newsletters.
Etisalna is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by clients or third parties as a result of service or price changes.
